I never realized just how easy it was to get rid of my unwanted fat.

I didn't understand that it was my own subconscious mind stopping my weight loss efforts from being successful.

Until - I studied Clinical Hypnotherapy.

Then all my preconceptions about diets and long-term weight loss went straight out of the window.

When approximately 95% of dieters regain all the weight they have lost and often with more added, there has to be a reason for this.

The reason? Your subconscious mind is actively working against your success.

It doesn't just work a little bit against you – it really works against you.

How often have you fought with yourself about not eating something that you know will break your diet, and more than likely destroy your dieting effort completely?

The key is to understand why you had that battle in the first place.

It's very simple, your subconscious mind controls your imagination and your conscious mind controls your willpower. Between imagination and willpower, willpower doesn't stand a chance of winning.

Without realizing it, you have programmed your subconscious to enjoy the foods that are your particular diet breaker.

To get rid of your unwanted weight and keep it off, you need to 'talk' to your subconscious and give it a new set of ideas about the type of food you want to eat long-term.
